Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions:
What forms of payment do you accept online?
Menards Online Collections proudly accepts the following forms of payment:
  • Menards BIG Card
  • Menards Contractor Card
  • Menards Commercial Card
  • Debit cards used as credit cards
  • Discover
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
We do not accept checks or cash.

How will my order be billed to my credit card?
All orders will be billed to your credit card on the day the order is placed. No charges will occur until you have submitted your order and address information has been verified.

Do you accept Menards Gift Cards?
Currently, Menards Online Collections does not accept gift cards as a valid form of payment.

Are the same items that are available in your Menards stores also available at Menards Online Collections?
No. Menards Online Collections carries items that are not in stock at your local Menards. However, they can still be purchased through our in-store special order kiosks.

What Internet browser is best for viewing this site?
Menards Online Collections has been optimized for the following browser versions:

Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher
Netscape Navigator 7.0 and higher
Firefox 1.0 and higher.
We also recommend that you have JavaScript enabled for your browser.

How long will my order take to arrive?
For most items, you can expect them to arrive within 1-2 weeks of placing your order. However, certain items may take longer to be shipped, and some items have the option to be shipped quicker. On your order, you will see average time it takes for each of the items that you ordered to be shipped out, so you won\'t have to guess at when they should arrive.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we are able to ship to the lower 48 states. P.O. Boxes and military/APO/FPO addresses are not valid addresses that we can ship to. Also, we are not able to ship internationally at this time.

How can I be sure of the color or finish before I order?
Menards Online Collections is committed to your service in providing you with the best prices, and the quality you expect. For your convenience and peace of mind in ordering, we have provided several options enabling you to determine which specific color will look best for your project – before placing your order:
  • Quickly and easily order free blind swatch samples to compare the color and texture of our custom-cut blinds.
  • Product pictures can be expanded – just click on the picture – providing you a larger, more detailed representation of the product and its finish.
  • Several of our products are available in a range of colors and finishes. Click on the desired color from the palette to view the product in that color.
We have worked diligently to landscape our site with the most vividly accurate and detailed product pictures, and color and finish representations. However, even with the advanced functionality and displays of our site, we cannot guarantee how accurately your monitor will display the colors, due to variances in your monitor settings and variables ultimately beyond our control. While we cannot assure what you see will precisely match the color of the actual products, we welcome you to request a swatch sample, reference our product pictures, or contact a Guest Service Representative for further assistance.

For window treatments, how many swatch samples can I order?
You may order up to 10 different swatch samples. These samples will be coming directly from our suppliers. If you ordered samples from more than one, you will receive multiple shipments that will add up to what you ordered. There are no charges associated with requesting these samples.

Do I need to have an account to order from your site?
You do not need to have an account with us in order to purchase from us, however we do encourage you to start an account with us for the following reasons:
  • Faster checkout by allowing us to pre-fill address information
  • Stores your credit card information securely so that you do not have to enter this information every time you purchase from us
  • Allows you to view your order history and to track the status of your order
Do you have available inventory for products on your site?
Currently, we are not able to offer updated inventory numbers on the site.

What do I do if I received some items damaged?
If you receive an item damaged, please contact our guest service specialists within three days after you receive the item. We will assist you with returning the damaged item and receiving a replacement.

What if I want to order a large quantity of a particular item?
If you are looking to purchase anything over a quantity of 10 for a particular item, please email us and we will have someone contact you. We will gladly assist you with this larger order to ensure available inventory and proper handling.

How do I measure for ordering my new window treatments?
We have detailed instructions for how to measure your window for both an inside mount and outside mount in our Window Treatments section. They are easy to follow and provide good reminders for when you go to order your new window treatment.
