| Below are the steps to take to setup an account with us, to make a purchase with us, and to check on the status of your order. You may also want to review the FAQ section for other commonly asked questions. Account Setup Setting up an account on Menards Online Collections is easy. First, click on "My Account: in the upper right corner. On this new page, you will see the "Create a New Account" section. Enter in your e-mail address, and choose a password; this will be how you log in for future visits. The next screens will have you enter in shipping, billing, and credit card information; this information will be populated for you whenever you go to buy something, making your checkout process faster and easier. You can change any of this information at anytime by logging into your account. Making a Purchase Buying from Menards Online Collections couldn't be easier. Once you have selected the items that you want, go to your cart and click the "Checkout" button to start the checkout process. If you haven't logged into your account, or have not yet setup your account, you may do so at this point. Next, you will be asked to enter the shipping and billing information. If you have logged into your account, this will be filled in for you; double check to make sure everything is correct. Next, select your shipping options. Some items may qualify for express delivery. Next, you will be asked to enter your method of payment and associated details. Once that is done, you will be asked to review everything again to ensure that nothing is missing or incorrect. Finally, you can submit your order, and you should receive an e-mail shortly that shows the details of your order. Checking Your Order Status Wondering where your order is? You can check the status of your order anytime, day or night. Simply log into your account on Menards Online Collections, and then choose "View Orders". You will see a list of your orders, and you can then view the details of any particular order you wish. You will be provided with tracking numbers that you can use on the carriers' website to find out where your package is, and when you can expect to receive it. |
