Menards Online Collections uses FedEx as our preferred carrier for delivery of your order. However, because we have partnered with our suppliers for shipping of some items, they may at times use a different carrier to have your order delivered to you.

Presently, Menards Online Collections is only able to ship products to the lower 48 states; no shipping addresses for Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally are valid shipping addresses. Additionally, no P.O. Box addresses or military/APO/FPO addresses can be used as shipping addresses.

All items can be shipped via ground service to your address. There are some items that qualify for express delivery, either 2-day or overnight. When you are going through the checkout process, any items that have express delivery options will be indicated and you will be able to choose how you want them delivered. Please note that you must submit your order by 2pm Central Time in order for your items to be sent out the same day if using one of the express shipping options; any orders submitted after this time will be shipped out the following weekday.

Tracking orders is easy at Menards Online Collections. Simply click on "View Orders" in your account to enjoy a detailed summary of your order and shipping details. Each item will have a tracking number that you can use to determine where they are, and when you could expect to receive them.

Because we have partnered with our many suppliers to bring you the widest selection and best quality of products, sometimes it is faster to have them ship the products directly to you rather than delivering it to us first. If this happens with your order, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on Menards Online Collections, and each item will have a tracking number that you can use to determine where they are, and when you could expect to receive them.
